Okay so most of us have been stuck at home during this whole COVID nightmare, which means we can’t go to our favorite cocktail bar and get our go to cocktails! You would think because I work in the alcohol and beverage industry I would be a master at the cocktails right? Yeah it’s not that way.. the easier the better for me. So here is my classic whisky sour recipe I prefer my sour with Macallan 12yr Double Cask but feel free to use what ever bourbon or whisky is calling your name.
Recipe
- 2 ounces bourbon/whisky
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- ½ orange wheel (for serving)
- Maraschino cherry (for serving)
