Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park

Waterwall Photoshoot

With limited things to do these days, exploring some of the city of Houston’s gems has been one of my highlights. I needed some fresh photos for my day job as The Texas Brand Ambassador for The Macallan and with an increased focus on social media engagement, great media content is always needed. Plus I had to sneak in a couple of fun photos for myself too of course!

The Waterwall is actually a park and there are many great photo ops.. Like I said I came for work photos, If you get there early you can totally have your moment all to yourself! So grab your favorite flowy skirt and great pair of shoes and the waterfall will do the rest for you. It’s like having your own wind machine and the perfect backdrop! You might get a little wet from the access water but in the Houston heat you’ll probably appreciate the refreshing water! My skirt is from my trip to china and my heels are Steve Madden and of course covered in crystals!

The Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park, located at 2800 Post Oak Boulevard, is 2.77 acres and features a 64-foot semi-circular architectural fountain that re-circulates 11,000 gallons of water per minute as it cascades down the water wall structure’s inner and outer walls. The Hines Waterwall Park, surrounded by 186 live oak trees, has been and will continue to be the community centerpiece for Uptown Houston.
