I found myself needing a change of pace so when my friend asked if I would join her for a day exploring art in my favorite part of Houston I was all in! The Sawyer Yards are a super cool spot, always vibrating with energy and inspiration… even now in these times of uncertainty. This was my second time exploring this area there is so much to see so every time it’s a different experience and the exhibits change pretty regularly.
With our lives looking like masks will be in our future for quite some time, I took interest in the exhibit that was focused on our new fashion statements… I was blown away by the creativity and beauty that this piece of fabric could hold. I also enjoyed the painted murals along the outside of the buildings.
